The Under 25 Universe is the largest decentralised student network in the world and the Under 25 App enables this exclusive cohort of students to avail its benefits. This could be in the form of special NFTs, collectibles, access to jobs, deals, fellowship programs, offline experiences and much more.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs your (“you/“your”/user/ Explorer”) access to and use of Under 25 App (“Application”), which shall be deemed to include mobile application, desktop application and any other means to access the same from time to time.

These ‘Terms’, along with the ‘Privacy Policy’, and any such applicable policies constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended and the relevant rules made thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes under applicable Indian laws. By accessing, downloading, using the Application, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. In addition, when using some features of the Application, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions available on the dedicated page of those features.

Please read the Terms carefully as they govern your use of this Application. By accessing, using, or attempting to use our Application in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree to the provisions of these Terms and any revisions henceforth, you must not access this Application or utilize any of its features.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to change, update, discontinue, or modify any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. You are recommended to periodically check the Terms to stay informed about any changes. We may use our best endeavours to notify you through any of the communication modes as deemed fit by us in case of any changes or updates to these Terms that materially impact your use of the Application. Your continued use of our Application is deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the Application immediately.

User Account

Registration

To use our Application, you must register with us by creating a User account (“Account”) before accessing any of the Application’s features. When you register for an Account, you must provide your name, email address, mobile number and password, and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to your use of the Application. By registering to use the Account, you represent and warrant that you have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Application.

By registering to use the Application, you represent and warrant that i) you have the necessary capacity and competence to form a binding contract under applicable laws; (ii) as an individual, legal person, or other organization, you have full legal capacity and sufficient authorizations to enter into these Terms; (iii) you have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Services; and (iv) your use of our Services will not violate any and all laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to regulations on anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.

The Under 25 App

Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of the App. We may from time to time change the rate at which users accumulate tokens or benefits using the App. We may reverse benefits allocated to you if we reasonably consider the circumstances justify a reversal, for example if they are allocated to you by mistake or if you accumulated them by misusing the App or the Services or in a way that is fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unacceptable. You are responsible for ensuring your security of access to any digital wallet used by you in connection with the App or the Services. We make no representation and give no warranty that tokens accumulated through the App or the Services will have any particular value or any monetary value at all. You are liable for any loss or diminution value of tokens.

Verification

You agree to provide us with the information we request for the purpose of identity verification and KYC (Know Your Customer). You permit us to keep a record of such information. You will need to complete certain verification and KYC processes before you are permitted to use our Virtual Bank Account (“VBA”) feature. The information we request may include certain personal information such as your name, address, mobile number, email address, parent’s/guardian’s name, government identification number, and information regarding your bank account and debit/credit card number, or any other information which we are required to obtain as per our policies, requests from authorities or pursuant to legal & regulatory mandates. In providing us with this or any other information that may be required, you confirm that the information is accurate and authentic.

Account Security

You shall be solely responsible for keeping your Account, backup phrase and password safe and be responsible for all the transactions and activity on your account. We assume no liability for any loss or consequences caused by authorized or unauthorized use of your Account credentials, including but not limited to information disclosure, information release, consent, or third-party links, or because of any disclosure made by you. You agree to strictly abide by all our mechanisms and procedures regarding security, authentication, sending, receiving, and withdrawing.

Prohibited Activities
